Our foundry was established in 2007 and is a manufacturer specializing in R&D and production of hydraulic systems for construction machinery.

With advanced facilities and technology to ensure production, manufacturing industrial parks have been set up in Suzhou and Dongguan, China. The factory in Dongguan, China covers an area of 30,000 square meters, and the factory in Suzhou, China covers an area of 15,000 square meters. It has set up raw material processing center workshops, assembly workshops, and testing Workshops, testing laboratories, after-sales maintenance workshops, large warehousing facilities, etc.
The factory has more than 100 sets of high-end precision machinery such as OKUMA CNC machine tools, grinders, lathes, drilling machines, and heat treatment lines, as well as 10 advanced assembly lines. It has an annual production capacity of 100,000 hydraulic pumps.
We ensure that every product is 100% tested before leaving the factory. The factory is equipped with 20 hydraulic test benches, Zeiss three-dimensional testing equipment, metallographic analyzers, surface hardness testers, surface flatness testers, film thickness testers and other advanced testing equipment, and has passed ISO9001 international certifiTQion.
With its stable quality and competitive price, our hydraulic pumps have been applied and recognized by customers around the world, including Russia, Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar, Cambodia, the United States, and Brazil.

Quality Control

Product quality is the most important part for us. Each product must be tested by three test benches to obtain accurate actual data, and then pass two rounds of manual screening. Every product that passes the test has a corresponding certificate of conformity, and promises a long shelf life.

In 2015, Guangzhou Tieqi Machinery was established in Guangzhou.

In 2017, we expanded our team and added a warehousing department, a purchasing department, and a technical department to perform their respective duties and become more professional.

In 2019, excavator hydraulic pumps, hydraulic parts, swing motor assemblies, traveling gearboxes, swing gearboxes, control valves, engines, etc. became our main products.

In 2023, Deli Precision was acquired in order to more professionally produce and rebuild hydraulic pumps, control valves, traveling motors, slewing assemblies and other hydraulic accessories.

Excavator Hydraulic Products: We offer various excavator hydraulic components, including hydraulic pumps, swing motors, travel motors, main reducer assemblies, swing device assemblies, swing gearboxes, travel gearboxes, relief valves, fan motors, and control valves. These products are precision-manufactured and suitable for multiple excavator brands and models to ensure equipment performance. We also provide thoroughly tested used and refurbished parts (components tested on the bench).

Engine Assemblies: We supply a wide range of engine assemblies, including advanced engine units, efficient crankshafts, durable cylinder liners, and reliable pistons. These engine components undergo rigorous quality testing to provide outstanding power and durability.
